Obtencion Of Metals

Some metals are in the shape of native elements, as the gold, the silver and the copper, though it is not the most usual condition(state).

Many metals are in the shape of oxides. The oxygen, on having been present in big quantities in the atmosphere, combines very easily with the metals, which are elements reducers, forming(training) compounds as the bauxite (Al2O3) and the limonita (Fe2O3).

The alkaline metals, besides the beryllium and the magnesium, are in the habit of extracting from the chlorides deposited due to the evaporation of seas and lakes, though also it is extracted from the water of the sea.
